Architecture, integrations, testing and deployment belong to the same project. Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of our approach. We clarify access, responsibilities and maintenance needs during scoping so that going live does not leave your team with an unexplained system.
Preparing the first conversation
Tell us who will use the software, what is difficult today, which tools are already in place and what deadlines matter. Concrete tasks and user journeys are more useful than a long feature list. They help us identify a coherent first release and the assumptions to validate before building it.
Your questions
Can you improve an existing application?
Yes. We first examine its architecture, users and constraints, then identify what can be improved or integrated. A complete rewrite is not a prerequisite.
What budget and timeline should we expect?
They depend on scope, integrations, data quality and the approvals needed. The first conversation clarifies those factors before a proposal. A generic price is not a project estimate.
Do you only work in Montreal?
Montreal is our base. We also work with businesses elsewhere in Canada, France, Mexico and the United States, arranging reviews and communication with your team.
