We prepare workshops around participants’ roles, the tools they use and the difficulties they encounter. Exercises may involve writing, analysing information or an internal process. We define their content with you, rather than applying the same curriculum to every team.

Providing useful context, breaking down a task and requesting an appropriate format are part of the work. Checking sources, recognising uncertainty and knowing when to take over matter just as much. Exercises make tool limitations concrete.
Establish shared practices
Internal guides and usage guidelines help the work continue after the workshop. They describe the agreed uses, necessary checks and information that can be used with the selected tools. The aim is to make practices understandable and shareable within the team.

Training can accompany software or automation we develop, or build on tools your team already uses. The first conversation identifies participant experience, relevant working examples and a suitable format.

Do participants need technical knowledge?
The expected level depends on the selected use cases. We scope the workshops with you to adapt exercises to participants, including teams that do not develop software.
Can we use our own examples?
Yes. Workshops start with your work. We clarify which data may be shared and prepare suitable examples when some information needs to remain confidential.
What is available after a workshop?
The scope can include internal guides and usage guidelines so the team can revisit practices and checks. Deliverables are agreed during scoping.
